Honestly speaking, the swoosh has ruined it up abit.Maybe a different placement of the swoosh; not really entangled with any of the letters but stroked nicely at the end (after the D) would have made it score higher.

Sorry, but it looks thrown together. The gradient, fonts, construction and everything about the logo come together sort of cheaply.

It's a nice logo but the gradients are a little over the top. The line coming out of the O makes it look a little like a Q.
